Taylor MacFaden, Staff Writer
With experience as a member of the Journalism Club, senior Taylor MacFaden (she/her) is excited to develop her writing skills as a staff writer for The Scituation. Known to her classmates as dedicated, compassionate, and ambitious, MacFaden is eager to get her voice out to the community before she leaves SHS.
MacFaden takes part in many extra-curricular clubs such as Sports Marketing Club, Environmental Club, Interact, and French Club. She is the president of the Students Taking Action Against Racism Club (STAAR), participates in jazz and Women's Choir, and plays on the golf team. MacFaden is thrilled to mix her wide range of hobbies with her passion for writing new stories to be published in The Scituation.
During her final year of high school, MacFaden is helping lead the Veterans of Foreign Wars Voice of Democracy Speech Competition after winning first place in 2022. In the future, MacFaden has goals of majoring in Sports Marketing and working for the NBA.
