After taking Introduction to Journalism as a junior, Aidan McNamara (he/him) is very enthusiastic about joining The Scituation staff during his senior year. McNamara is known amongst his peers as compassionate and generous, and his personality will be reflected in the stories he hopes to bring to the community. 

As for McNamara’s extracurricular activities, he enjoys staying active by playing on the varsity basketball team. He participates in multiple clubs, including Finance Investing and Best Buddies. Additionally, McNamara is a member of the National Honor Society, making his academic achievements stand out. 

With plans to major in business at the college level, McNamara is determined to increase his solid GPA. While he is focused on his senior year at SHS, he will also use his friendly personality and wide range of interests to make a strong contribution to The Scituation.
