Ava Dukhon, Staff Writer
Senior Ava Dukhon (she/her) is excited to begin working for The Scituation for the first time this year. An avid reader, Dukhon wants to explore Advanced Journalism to have another successful class after taking AP Language and Composition last year. Dukhon hopes to improve her writing skills throughout the course and is excited about being a published writer.
Dukhon is known as creative, kind, and intelligent to her community and peers. She participates in various extracurricular activities, including Model United Nations, the French Exchange, and dance, where she has won numerous awards. In fact, Dukhon enjoys dance so much that she plans to pursue a dance major in college and hopes to have a professional career as a choreographer. As she looks toward furthering her education, Dukhon has her heart set on New York City.
This year, Dukhon's favorite classes include AP Calculus and AP Government. As a staff writer for The Scituation, she wants to shed light on numerous interesting topics.
