Senior Morgan Sciucco (she/her) is enthusiastic about pursuing her interest in journalism as a staff writer for The Scituation. Described as kind, optimistic, and hard-working, Sciucco has prior experience in student journalism, having taken Introduction to Journalism during her freshman year. This year, she is eager to write engaging articles for the town and community of Scituate.
English and history are Sciucco's favorite subjects; she specifically enjoys assignments that require writing. Earning recognition for both academic and athletic success, Sciucco received a SAIL award for her community investment on the varsity tennis team.
Looking to the future, Sciucco hopes to pursue her interest in law and journalism at the college level. As for her goals for The Scituation, she aspires to write enjoyable, creative, and possibly even controversial articles.
