Evelyn Flynn, Staff Writer
Entering her final year at SHS, senior Evelyn Flynn (she/her) is excited to pursue her passion for writing as a staff writer for The Scituation. Known for her driven, outgoing, and adventurous personality, Flynn hopes to spread enthusiasm and attract readers with compelling stories while covering various topics.
Flynn’s commitment to academic excellence is evident through her membership in the National Honor Society. With specific interests in biology, anatomy, and math, she aspires to attend medical school.
Beyond academics. Flynn is the captain of the varsity volleyball team. She also devotes countless hours to competitive cheerleading and club volleyball, traveling nationwide for competitions and tournaments. In addition, Flynn is involved in both Best Buddies and the Bring Change to Mind club.
Flynn’s goal this school year is to maintain good grades while staying on top of college application deadlines. By the end of her senior year, she hopes to be accepted into an academically rigorous college where she can major in either biochemistry or biology.
