Delaney Brooks, Editor-in-Chief
Delaney Brooks is the Editor-in-Chief of the Scituation for the 2011-2012 school year. She is currently a senior at Scituate High School and has been involved with the Scituation since her junior year. After dabbling in several clubs and activities like International Club, Field Hockey and Swimming, Delaney has found that her true passions are writing and the study of languages. She studies Spanish in school and speaks German over the summer at a language camp where she was a counselor this past summer. Also during her busy summers, Delaney is involved in the Appalachian Service Project, a service trip which repairs homes in impoverished states like West Virginia and Kentucky. She is enrolled in several AP classes but likes to relax with friends by enjoying picnics, concerts, and going to the beach. Delaney believes she is dangerously addicted to Marylou’s and Dunkin’ Donuts coffee, and one of her goals for senior year is to cut back on these sugary and expensive drinks!
