Meet SHS senior Emma McClory (she/her), who is thrilled to be joining The Scituation Staff as a staff writer this year. After completing Introduction to Journalism during her freshman year, she is excited to produce unique stories that offer a new perspective on Scituate, with a primary focus on the arts. 

As captain of the SHS Cheerleading Team, McClory is known for her work ethic. Consistently going above and beyond, McClory also serves as president and media manager of the Community Service Club. A respected member of the National Honor Society, McClory is a dedicated leader who understands the importance of diligence and commitment. 

With plans to become an art teacher, McClory is looking to attend a college where she can pursue a major in education and a minor in art.
