Miranda Lan, Opinion & Editorials Editor
Dancing, walking, living, and writing are just a few of Miranda Lan’s cornucopia of interests. Although Lan does not look like she is a senior thanks to her height, she is in her senior year at Scituate High School. Born and bred in Weymouth, Massachusetts, Lan moved to the West End two years ago and began her sophomore year in Scituate. Lan is enthused to become one of the newest people of the Scituation staff as the Opinions & Editorials editor. Looking to the future, Lan is very excited to begin college next fall but plans to take care of business in her senior year of high school. When Lan attends college next fall, she plans on majoring in journalism and minoring in Political Science. If Lan is not in the dance studio or school you can most likely find her following the wind to wherever life may take her. Taking many challenging courses this year such as AP Government, AP Language, and AP Biology, Lan is both enthralled and slightly concerned for her mental sanity as she enters these courses and applying to colleges. Looking ahead, she is sure she can make it through senior year and is ready for her bright future.
