Maeve Dawley, Managing Editor
Maeve Dawley is the managing editor of The Scituation. She is returning to the staff after spending her junior year as a production intern. Maeve has a tendency toward perfectionism and diligently works hard at her difficult load of coursework and generous resume of extracurricular activities. She is an involved member of the SHS community, where she can often be found working with the peer mentor program, National Honor Society, art club, and Pangea. Maeve’s greatest passion is diving, a sport she pursues as MVP of the SHS swim team as well as through coaching a swim and dive team in the summer and diving for an AAU club. One of her favorite experiences at the high school has been participating in the French exchange program, which solidified her interest in foreign cultures and international relations. She plans to pursue these interests at college next year. When she is not busy with various extracurricular activities, Maeve is often found going the beach, working, and spending time with friends.
