Leah Brodsky, Staff Writer

Leah Brodsky is a writer on the Scituation Staff.  Leah also participates in creating the literary and artistic magazine, Fathom.  Not only does she put the magazine together, she always submits a piece of art, whether it’s a poem, short story, or a photograph.  She participates in Math Club and goes to the competitions, even if she only gets one question correct.  It’s only her third year playing on the softball team, which may explain why she cannot throw for her life.  She loves it and is batting much better.  Leah is also a mentor to help the Freshmen adjust to high school life.  She loves getting younger students to enjoy their high school experience, just as she has.  Her favorite subjects are English because she loves to write, and French because she picks up languages quickly.  Speaking of languages, she can also read and write Hebrew very well, which is a rare talent for someone in Scituate.  Leah is also interested in learning about current events around the world and loves to read, so she is very excited to write for the Scituation Staff this year.
